We offer senior service residences in 7 Moroccan cities — Marrakech, Agadir, Casablanca, Fès, Meknès, Rabat and Tangier (progressive openings). Each residence has its own living environment and services.
What is the difference between a senior residence and a nursing home (EHPAD)?
A senior residence is designed for independent or semi-independent seniors who want adapted housing with à la carte services (dining, activities, security), without the permanent medical care of a nursing home. It is an independent lifestyle in a friendly and secure environment.
Can you visit a senior residence before moving in?
Yes — visits are possible and strongly recommended. We also offer discovery stays (1 week to 1 month) so you can experience the living environment and services before settling in permanently.
