Our 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments are carefully furnished: modern kitchen, accessibility-adapted bathroom, balcony or terrace often offering a view of the Strait of Gibraltar or the Bay of Tangier. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, double glazing and assistive home automation are part of the standard package. Residents retain their privacy while accessing convivial shared spaces: restaurant, lounges, library, gentle fitness room, Mediterranean gardens.

The restaurant showcases Tangerian fusion cuisine — tagines, fresh fish from the strait, Andalusian and Sephardic influences, fish pastilla, almond mhencha — with care given to each one’s medical diet.

Tangier is an inexhaustible source of inspiration: walks in the medina and the Petit Socco, visits to the Dar el Makhzen Palace (Kasbah Museum), the bay corniche, excursions to Cap Spartel and the Caves of Hercules, the Achakar beaches. Our in-house activities include writing workshops (in tribute to Tangier’s literary heritage), lectures on Mediterranean civilisations, gnaoua music and flamenco sessions, gentle gymnastics and yoga, cooking classes.
Security and medical excellence
Security relies on video surveillance, access control and staff trained in emergency procedures. Proximity to the Mohammed VI University Hospital, the Mohammed V Hospital and the private clinics of Tangier guarantees rapid care if needed. A referring nurse visits daily and a coordinating physician can intervene on request.
